If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you will not be able to issue a refund for your item.
Since the Website offers free plan on each of our goods, we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you've carefully read product description before making a purchase.
We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:
- We allow refunds on paid products only within the first 72 hours after purchase.
- We allow refunds on paid products which was bought without subscribing to a free plan.
- We DO NOT allow refunds on paid products which was bought after subscribing to a free plan, as we believe that customers have fully tried the product beforehand.
For International Orders:
- We DO NOT support Exchanges or Returns.
